As heard on the 95 WIIL ROCK Morning Show… It’s been 35 years since the release of one of the all-time great ‘rock docs’ – Heavy Metal Parking Lot. The classic 1986 mini-doc is celebrating its 35th anniversary. Heavy Metal Parking Lot was filmed outside a Judas Priest concert in Washington D.C. – with plenty of mullets, spandex, and jean jackets on display.
