Metallica launched their foundation All Within My Hands in 2017. While the foundation raises money and awareness in many different ways, the one that is most public-facing has been the semi-annual Helping Hands Concert and Auction. The third edition of this benefit held in 2022 raised more than $3 million, outdoing the first two benefits combined.
Static-X have just announced the new album Project: Regeneration Vol. 2, which features the final recordings of late frontman Wayne Static. Serving as a teaser for the upcoming record, the group has debuted a music video for their cover of the Nine Inch Nails hit “Terrible Lie.
We’re a little more than a month out from Blink-182’s highly anticipated reunion tour with Tom DeLonge, but in advance of the trek, drummer Travis Barker has revealed an injury he incurred during rehearsals. The drummer did not elaborate on how the injury will impact him moving forward, but at the very least it could be painful should Barker continue drumming in the lead up to the tour.
