Join Leah at the Independence Grove Beer Garden for their meet the brewer event.

Learn about the breweries behind the beer as we engage in a tasting of various current handcrafted brews from two local breweries on tap. Must be 21+ to partake in brew tasting.

Kyle Wenzel of Harbor Brewing Company and Dave Auston from 9^th Hour Brewing will be on hand answering questions and talking about their brews and breweries.

The Beer Garden’s “SeptOberfest” fall schedule of activities runs through October, while Visit Lake County’s Spooks & Spirits activities also includes haunted events, Halloween festivities, pumpkins and of course, libations to keep you warm.

The Lake County Libation Trail is a group of 30 breweries, wineries and distilleries who make their own craft recipes and seasonal flavors right here in our local communities.

Visit Lake County promotes the Libation Trail throughout the year, featuring a Check-In Challenge where you can win a private Libation Trail Tour on the 95 WIIL Rock Party Bus.
