CAUGHT: ‘Chronic Masturbator’

Police in Tulsa, Oklahoma said they’ve arrested a man after numerous reports that he exposed himself in the middle of an area-park… AND NOW now his mugshot is going viral… because his facial expression makes it look like he’s pleasuring himself WHILE the photo is being taken.

Officers were called after Stephen Olsen was apparently seen pulling his pants down and touching himself in a sexual manner. Police announced the arrest in a news release with the subject line: “Chronic Masturbator Caught.”

Olsen was booked into jail on two counts of indecent exposure.
