95 WIIL ROCK BREAKDOWN 12/11/2024…. The Darkness… Bring Me The Horizon… Toto….
The Darkness has released “I Hate Myself,” the latest single from their upcoming album Dreams on Toast, out March 28. Despite it’s title, the upbeat punk-rock track features catchy hooks and energetic power chords with frontman Justin Hawkins calling it a “joyous, raucous celebration of self-loathing.”
Bring Me the Horizon may take a break after their intense work on Post Human: NeX GEn. Frontman Oli Sykes revealed in a recent interview that the band is considering a significant pause to recharge, as they’ve had little time off since the lockdown. Sykes emphasized the need for a proper break to prevent burnout and maintain creativity for future projects.
And finally, TOTO, Christopher Cross, and Men at Work have announced a U.S. summer tour in 2025, produced by Live Nation. The tour kicks off in July with them making a stop at the Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre in Tinley Park on Saturday, August 9th. Tickets will go on sale Friday, December 13 at 10 a.m. local time.
