Pearl Jam received Grammy nominations on Friday for their album Dark Matter, earning nods for Best Rock Album, Best Rock Song, and Best Rock Performance. It’s the band’s first nomination since 2009’s Backspacer. They will compete against artists like Green Day, Jack White, The Rolling Stones, and The Beatles.

Papa Roach and Rise Against have announced the Rise Of The Roach tour for 2025, with spring and fall legs. The spring leg kicks off March 20 in Houston and wraps April 13 in Saint Paul, while the fall leg starts Sept. 10th with them making a stop at the Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre on Saturday, September 27th. And finally, Butcher Babies have returned with a new single, “Sincerity,” their first since co-vocalist Carla Harvey’s departure this summer. Frontwoman Heidi Shepherd describes the track as an emotional journey, blending hope for the future with reflections on past losses. The band is currently working on a new album, though no release date has been set.
