Former Iron Maiden frontman Paul Di’Anno has passed away at 66 at his home in Salisbury, England, after enduring years of health issues that confined him to a wheelchair. Di’Anno, who led Iron Maiden from 1978 to 1981, contributed to their debut album and its follow-up, “Killers.” He also fronted bands like Battlezone and Killers, and recently released a career retrospective titled “The Book of the Beast.”

Jacoby Shaddix has shared that Papa Roach has been in the studio for the past five months, working together about 10 days a month and have written seven or eight songs. He also expressed excitement about flipping their sound to create their heaviest music yet, experimenting with drop tunings to make their sound heavier.

Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor has updated his mask with red LED eyes, a nod to the dreadlock-adorned design from the band’s self-titled album. This change comes as part of Slipknot’s ongoing 25th anniversary tour, during which they debuted a new range of masks and jumpsuits.
