Mötley Crüe made a memorable entrance for their show at the Troubadour in Los Angeles by arriving in a garbage truck. The video that you can check out over at 95 WIIL Rock.com shows the band emerging from the truck, surrounded by a mattress, a bra, high heels, and trash bags, before being greeted by a large crowd on Santa Monica Boulevard. The Troubadour, which has a capacity of 500, was the band’s first of three stops as they roll down memory lane in L.A.

Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst, has filed a lawsuit claiming that Universal Music Group owes him and the band over $200 million in unpaid royalties. According to Durst’s lawyers, he hasn’t received any royalties from the label for decades. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, accuses UMG of using unfair practices to hide royalty payments from artists.

And finally, a biopic titled “Scar Tissue,” based on Red Hot Chili Peppers’ lead singer Anthony Kiedis’ bestselling memoir, is set to begin filming in Atlanta in early 2025. The film will be produced by Brian Grazer, known for hits like “Splash,” “Apollo 13,” and “A Beautiful Mind.” Casting details have yet to be revealed.
