NICKELBACK will release a new live album, “Live From Nashville,” on November 15 via BMG. Recorded during their August 2023 concert at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville as part of their “Get Rollin'” tour, the album features special guests including Ernest, Josh Ross, Brantley Gilbert, Chris Daughtry, Bailey Zimmerman, and Hardy. The first single, a live version of “San Quentin,” is available for streaming now.

Doug Aldrich, guitarist for THE DEAD DAISIES and former member of WHITESNAKE and DIO, has been diagnosed with treatable throat cancer and will undergo surgery this week. As a result, Reb Beach will temporarily replace him for the band’s upcoming European tour. THE DEAD DAISIES shared a message on social media, wishing Aldrich a speedy recovery and expressing hope for his return soon.

And finally, The Milwaukee Metal Fest will return in 2025 due to the success of its recent edition. Scheduled for May 16-18 at The Rave/Eagles Ballroom, with a pre-party on May 15, early bird tickets are now available. The lineup includes DOWN, THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN performing “Calculating Infinity” in full, EXODUS, and 3 INCHES OF BLOOD, among others, with more acts to be announced.
