SHINEDOWN drummer Barry Kerch revealed in a recent interview that the band is halfway through recording their next album, the follow-up to 2022’s “Planet Zero.” Kerch mentioned they’ve recorded six or seven songs and are actively writing new material. The band plans to release new music later this year and aims for a full album release in the early spring of 2025, with a tour starting shortly after.

Mötley Crüe has announced the release of a new three-song EP titled Cancelled, set to drop on October 4th. The EP will feature the original tracks “Dogs of War” and “Cancelled,” along with a cover of the Beastie Boys’ hit “Fight for Your Right.”

And finally, a Finnish musian/producer named Otu has shared his take on what Britney Spears “Ooops!…I Did It Again” was redone by Rammstein. This guy did a great job, and if you didn’t know it…you would think it was actually Rammstein covering the song themselves.
